Pete Seeger had a great impact on the American folk music scene and, in turn, on the politics of music, lending his prestige and his musical gifts to movements large and small. One of the earliest successes in the folk rock scene was the Byrds, and one of their greatest hits was 1965's "Turn! Turn! Turn!", a signature Seeger composition. I personally saw them do it in concert in early 1966 at La Salle High School in Pasadena. Here they are performing it live, perhaps on Hullabaloo! It's a little rough,
compared to the record, but it represents the times in which they performed.
