By now there's a consensus: George W. Bush blew as a president and blew hardest when he invaded Iraq (torture a sure second). Much to America's shame, however, were the plenitude of handmaidens to W.'s cause. Yes, many were called but a few were glad to be chosen to support this most incongruous of wars.
