A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.So, here's my question: If we don't have guns well regulated, aren't we violating both the spirit and the letter of the 2nd Amendment? Aren't we acting pretty unconstitutional?
